 The City of Cullman Human
Resources Department provides services in the areas of personnel, labor
relations, training and development, benefits administration, etc. for
employees of the City of Cullman.
 This office is responsible for maintaining a
comprehensive payroll system, maintaining employee records and files
required by federal, state and local agencies, and providing support
services to other departments.

regarding your benefits, sick or vacation time, pay rate, etc., please refer to

of the City of Cullman. The Personnel Board is a city-wide
merit system responsible for the recruitment and testing of job applicants. This
board maintains lists of applicants eligible for hiring which it uses to fill
City vacancies.

Resources Department between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through
Friday, to complete a job application. If you are chosen for the position,
you will be required to pass a drug test before you can be hired.
