The City of Cullman Maintenance Department is responsible for the general maintenance of City Hall and other City buildings as well as routine and special custodial services. The services provided by this department are numerous and varied.

Mark Watson provides maintenance services for the City of Cullman. Maintenance services include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Performing preventative maintenance for all city buildings.

• Changing light bulbs and fluorescent tubes.

• Repairing minor electrical or plumbing problems.

• Repairing or replacing broken equipment.

• Preparation of bid proposals for renovations, repairs, etc.

• Working with contractors on renovations, repairs, etc.

• Moving furniture or office equipment when necessary.

• Assisting other city departments as needed.

Tina McArthur provides custodial services for the City of Cullman. Custodial services include, but are not limited to, the following:

• General cleaning (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash collection, etc.)

• Reporting needed repairs as noticed while performing duties.

• Maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Hours of operation are 8 a.m. until 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. The Maintenance Department is located inside Cullman City Hall.
